Based on two-dimensional liquid chromatography , After sample saponification, analyst injects the saponified solution into auto-sampler directly to simultaneously assay vitamin A,D,E.
All process is automatically, including extraction, washing, concentration, analysis and data acquirement& processing. No need manual intervention.
